Rev. Rock Prayer Project 1/14/14

Today I braved the elements and prayed on the city bus. Believe it or not there was actually a man in shorts and a T shirt at the bus stop with me, proving that I am not the consummate Minnesotan after all, since I was dressed like one of Guindon's people (those of you who caught that reference get MN points for the day). I prayed for safety and unity in our city. The mind, soul, and spirit are awakened on the bus line- women donning traditional hiyabs and scarves brave the weather alongside young men clothed in the most recent street wear. What a wonderful mosaic of nations we have. May the Gospel bring us together today and every day.
