Rev. Rock Prayer Project 10/10/13

Today I began my prayer time with The Lord's Prayer. As I was praying the Lord spoke to my heart and told me to just keep praying The Lord's Prayer... So I did. I substituted the "we's" with "I's", prayed with my eyes closed, prayed with my eyes open, prayed while still, and prayed while moving. As I did this form of prayer meditation,  God opened up the words to me and gave each line of the prayer deep meaning. So in the Spirit of this ever expanding ministry I will now be posting one Biblical Prayer (a prayer directly from the Bible) here each week. Please join me in praying that specific prayer and let's see what God does!

Here is this week's Biblical Prayer in its most familiar form:  Matthew 6:9b-13 (KJV). Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
