Presenting our prayer list for October 2012-
Please pray for "Hymntober" (we will be doing hymns for the worship music on Sunday nights). We have had a great response to this idea and I thank you all for your encouragement. The services will be a nice mix of hymns, both acapella and with music (live and synthesized). Steve Melvin will be here on the 14th to play piano and preach and if anyone of you would like to lend your talents to Hymntober, please let me know.
Pray for our worship services to grow in attendance. Especially as we head inside for the colder weather.

Pray for our students Jeff and Katie. Jeff is finishing up Christian Doctrine 1 and will be starting CD2 in 2 weeks and Katie started Mission Shift Institute last week.
Pray for Brittany and I as we seek God's will and favor in our lives. We went to look at a new home 3 weeks ago, put in an offer, and have yet to get a counter offer from the sellers. It is an estate and 3 sisters own the property (apparently they are not getting along right now and quite frankly they are asking for more than the home is worth). We have done everything our Realtor asked us to and unfortunately, things have not gone as she planned. We need God to soften the hearts of the sellers and move in a Psalm 18:6-19 way in this situation.
