Today I am praying for peace. In particular, peace as a protector of human life. It is easy to get overwhelmed by the turmoil caused by conflict and animosity in places like Syria, Kiev, Somalia, Venezuela, and North Korea. It is easy to ge...t overwhelmed by the weather and the dangers it can bring here at home. But we must remember that God has the whole world in His hands! Pastor Bob Edwards once talked about how the sunlight shining through the snow on the trees reminded Him of God's glory, even in the middle of the inner city.
