2 The kings of the earth take their stand, and the rulers conspire together against the Lord and His Anointed One: 3 “Let us tear off their chains and free ourselves from their restraints.”
With all the things going on in our country and our world, we often wonder why people are prone to throw God out of their lives. From the removal of the Ten Commandments to removing God's name from pledges (and everything in between) it seems as though the rebellion, plots, and conspiracies the Psalmist wrote about so many years ago are still active today. I prayed for God to move our nation forward, drawing people to Himself, because we need Him now more than ever.
It is comforting to know that the questions we have over the concerns of lives can be found in Scripture. It soothes my soul to know that God is there to answer these questions
