Today I set out to pray for someone on the street, give them a meal, and a new pair of gloves. Guess what? The Lord led me to the young man I had missed on Sunday afternoon! His name is John. He is only 20 years old and has been homeless and unemployed since he arrived in Minnesota 4 months ago. He really appreciated the gifts and prayer and gave me a big hug as we said goodbye. Pray for John. Pray that he find a place to live and a job, especially before colder weather sets in.
Since it is getting dark so soon and my camera is not really equipped for night pictures, I will be taking less photos of the people I meet. Instead I will take a snapshot of the location to help get an idea of the area I am being led to minister to.
